I asked to focus on my back and legs, and I got a fantastic relaxing and but also stretch massage to those areas. She then focussed on the rest of the body and I felt like new.

The whole experience was great! My massage technician's name was Amy and she did a great job getting into all the spots I requested. It was a little weird going into a gym to get to the massage room but the room itself was private, comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

It was a good central location, great value for money and the girl was very friendly. However she just didn't apply the right amount of pressure and didn't do much to ease my tension. I'll pay the money and go somewhere else next time, just a little disappointing
