I left the place feeling relaxed, happy, confident. Amy's hot stone massage was incredible and the treatment felt much longer - I couldn't believe it was only 60 mins! She took her time to relieve me from my muscle pain and relax me - I almost fell asleep!! The ambiance of the place is the only issue, as you can hear noises from the gym, but the spa has relaxing music and it's kind of balancing it. I will definitely go back, I think I found my new monthly routine!!!

OK treatment, but very disturbing that you can hear everyone from the gym during the treatment. Also the air conditioning was on the whole time so it made noise and it was cold. The treatment was good, but have had much better else where
