The spa is located inside the Covent Garden branch of Soho Gyms, tucked away on an upper floor. It's a cool gym, with polite staff, though I was happy to leave the blokes to their biceps and go into the spa to relax. Setting up the appointment was easy, the communication was great, and the actual massage itself relaxing, with my therapist suggesting several times that I was to say if the pressure were too much/too little, if the room were the right temperature - in other words, she wanted to know that everything was as I wanted it to be. A very nice experience, in the heart of London. I will do it again.

To get to the room you have to walk through a gym so that takes away just a little bit from the ambience of arriving at a spa. However once in the room with the therapist the room is very clean, the therapist was very polite and professional. With the Treatwell deal this is a really nice treat during my break time from work. I would go back again.
