I usually have a great experience at this spa which is the reason I keep coming back, however this time was a bit of a disappointment. I had a new therapist and didn't find her to be as good as the other therapists I've had there. She also only gave me a 45 minute massage even though I had paid for the 60 minute massage. To be fair I did call the spa to complain afterwards, and they explained that they had made a mistake in giving her the times and offered me a complimentary 30 min massage to make up for it. That was great customer service.

I still enjoyed this masssage but preferred the times before when I had Amy who was more friendly and welcoming and made me feel more at ease. The therapist I had this time was too direct with some personal comments and I did not find the massage as beneficial. I did think the stretching elements of the massage were extremely good though.

I am afraid that for the first time I was not happy with the treatment that I received. The massage was very repetitive and didn't work very well in improving my muscular tension. I have always been happy with the different staff members of Opulence spa but I am afraid that this time I was a bit disappointed.
