A really amazing massage. The spa is hidden away in the Soho gym so it's not initially the most relaxing environment but the therapist was amazing and I definitely felt relaxed afterwards.
Thai Massage
I've been feeling stiff and had a bad shoulder so was just what I needed - a good massage! Felt much lighter and sorted my aches.
Deep Tissue Massage
This was just a wonderful massage- the therapist was very friendly and welcoming. The massage just felt amazing - and amazing feeling when you are being walked on and stretched about. Afterwards, I just felt so much lighter and more refreshed.
