The massages were really well done. we were asked about any problem areas before the massage started and the massueses applied the right amount of pressure as requested. the room was small and the beds close together but the ambiance was still good. not a spa by any means but pretty good for a room on top of a gym. Defitiely a great pick me up if you just want a really good masage with no frills. no issues with the noise from the gym as some others have noted. would definitely buy again.
