Quick response when making amendments to booking. They also text you if there are any changes on the actual day which is amazing as you can miss out on email request's. The treatment rooms are situated at the back of a gym which is a little bit strange but you do not notice once you are in the room. Overall the actual treatment was good, she applied the right amount of pressure. Only wish it was full body instead of just back.

The lady who looked after me was fabulous- friendly, professional and it was a great massage. However the rooms are at the back of the gym. I felt awkward walking through the entire gym and uncomfortable. Bit of ashame really as the massage was good, but the gym has effectively put them in a storage room.

Wonderful massage. Great skill. I knew the treatment room was in a gym so not to expect the spa atmosphere. Gym noises did drift in but I was so relaxed I could ignore them. Noisey extractor pipe in the room though did make too much noise.

I had a different therapist this time and find the pressure was a bit too much for me. Overall it's good and helps release the stiffness of my shoulder and back, and definitely worth the money.
