The massage was great, the lady, Amy, was super - I thought she was skilled and kind. She found my tension points right away and adapted the pressure according to my needs.
The set-up is a bit weird: it's in a gym with poor aound proofing so despite the music I could still hear people chatting and taking phone calls. When you get there, you have to wait in the gym entrance and the guys there don't know anything about Opulence because they just rent the space out to the spa. So there is no one to welcome you. There is a number but when you call it doesn't go to the therapist (still unsure who picked up) and it kept breaking off.
So although the massage was brilliant I probably won't be back because a massage for me is a special treat and this was not a special place at all.
