I was disappointed in this experience after a wonderful experience last time. I was asked to arrive 10 mins earlier than the appointment I had booked, the therapist was then running 15 mins late because her previous client had over run. This is perfectly understandable however I found it unacceptable that I was in and out the door within 50 mins, including time to get changed, when I had paid for a one hour massage.

The Deep Tissue Massage was amazing however as the spa is placed within a gym further information could be given ahead of time regarding the set up and where to wait.
