I usually get Amy for my massage who is fantastic. However on this ocassion I got a different therapist. A few things I've noticed : 1. Therapist didn't wash her hands before the massage. 2. 80% of the time she was massaging using only one hand I can only assume she was using her other hand on her phone. 3. It wasn't very consistent she would do 1 move on one side of the body and not do the same on the other side. 4. When it came to the arms/hands she did an effleurage once and moved on. She did not massage the hands at all. Overall a very disappointing experience. The therapist was pleasant but the massage was sloppy and felt rushed.
