The place was noisy, It is just a room in a gym. Not the most welcoming nor relaxing. However the staff was very professional.

Amy is a miracle worker! Absolutely amazing massage as always, really getting into the stiff and painful kinks in my back without causing pain or discomfort. I was so relaxed this time I think I almost fell asleep - not easy when you're being turned into a pretzel!

Excellent massage. Both of us thought it was one of the best we've had in London.
Although other reviews have pointed out you go through a gym to get to the massage room this wasn't a problem. You could hear a small amount of noise but nothing that was distracting.
