As always, efficient and effective! I don't really mind that it's in the gym - the room is clean and pretty relaxing. The therapists are brilliant and my back (which has been giving me a lot of grief) is so much better since. I'll be having another ASAP!

Amy is a miracle worker! Absolutely amazing massage as always, really getting into the stiff and painful kinks in my back without causing pain or discomfort. I was so relaxed this time I think I almost fell asleep - not easy when you're being turned into a pretzel!
