The venue is really nice. The gym is really clean and welcoming. The treatment room was equally as nice. However the treatment was difficult to relax in, while there was a class on next door. The woman was very loud, shouting the whole time, and music on really loud.

The spa is within the gym, and I was greeted at the door. The Hot stone deep tissue massage was just what I needed - with a good amount of pressure. I could have stayed for twice as long! Very pleased, will go again.
