Very weird massage and spa. The therapists gets on top of you without any warning and then puts you in weird positions without talking you through anything. I personally wanted something relaxing and walked out with my back hurting. My partner said his massage was good but I did not enjoy mine at all.

The place is not easy to find as it hides in a Gym. The staff called me and gave me the correct direction. The massage room is decorated in a Thai style and can make me relaxed.

The quality of the massage itself was good, however, the "spa" is not really a spa, but instead a room inside a busy gym. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:30pm appointment and told someone I was here. They said someone from the spa would come and get me. I waited for 15 minutes and at 4:35 a woman came to get me. She asked if I needed to use the bathroom, which I did. Then we walked back to the room where the massage table was. There she told me what to do and get undressed, etc. She came back maybe 5 minutes later, so at this point it was around 4:45pm when the massage actually began. The massage was good, but she said was up and she left. I looked at the clock and it was 5:30pm. Only a 45min massage but I paid for 1 hr. I opening the door and told her it wasn't an hour yet. She clearly was bothered by my request for the full hour, so she told me to lay back down, and proceeded to just rub my hair half-heartedly for an add'l 5 minutes before she said time's up again and left. So at that point I just gave up the fight. When I emerged dressed she just pointed me out the door while on her phone. Not the best of customer service, that's for sure. Would not recommend.
