Upon arrival- I was warmly greeted by my therapist whom was excellent at releasing the knots and stress especially from my shoulders- Highly recommend this venue and the staff... left really much more relaxed and happy with the service.

The gym staff are friendly. The location is great. I thought the massage was good to very good. I asked for it to be more firm but the firmness is intermittent. I am quite happy with the experience. Its 4 stars for me.

Great deep tissue massage but the venue can be noisy when a class is going on next door. Better for muscle relaxing than mental relaxation! Otherwise great: everything is clean and the therapists are skilled and really work in the areas you ask for.
