Fantastic massage - masseuse actually climbed on top of me but was careful to check pressure with me. I felt she paid special attention to the stubborn knots in my shoulders and am grateful for that. However, venue is part of a gym so you can hear people talking outside/dropping weights downstairs throughout the massage

Massage was good, but not amazing this time. Had a new therapist who was very nice and attentive, but spent way too long on my back when I had already explained that my shoulders and legs needed attention. Slightly stressed me out as I spent the whole massage wondering if we’d run out of time, so didn’t leave feeling as relaxed as I would have liked. Will ask for Amy in future, she is amazing.

Opulence Spa conjures up images of luxury. The tiny room at the top of the gym where you could hear the aerobics instructor shouting at her clients and the general hubbub of a busy gym was about as far from opulence as you can get!!! The toilet was downstairs so you had to use it before you had the treatment - all in all a disappointing venue. BUT the massage therapist was amazing and an hour with her & her magic touch was worth it and pretty good value. Shame I couldn't pay by card though.
