the Spa is a small room inside Soho Gym, you will be picked up at the reception desk. The room is clean, nice relaxing music; massage was very good, the lady that massaged me didn't talk to me at all (which I prefer as I go to relax, not chat). I booked aromatherapy and expected some scented oil, but I couldn't really smell anything - but maybe its just me. Overall was very pleasant and would go again

Bought Thai massage for my birthday and it was great my body needed a bit of thought massage from head to toe. I did expect the room to be bigger and more relaxed but I guess in the gym it was the best you could get. The lady that did my massage said hello, she didn’t say or ask anything about me,which I was kinda surprise with as a masseuse myself I talk and ask questions, treatment was nice she could have made more effort to talk especially at the end and I knew my body was hard work and I had to ask if I should do this more often even though I knew I need it, it would have been nice for her to engage a bit more with her client. Saying that it didn’t put me off and would go back again just because the pressure was great when she walked up my back. It’s worth just having the treatment.
