Occasional noises from the gym can be heard in the room but it did not detract from the experience.
Therapist is good. She uses a good amount of strength and knows to focus on knots. I certainly felt it the next day and the day after; a good, healing sorta of pain. She's not as technical as other therapists with far longer experience and did not demonstrated the ability or knowledge to pinpoint trigger points to add pressure to relieve pain. But it could be because I signed up for a Deep Tissue Massage rather than a generic Sports/Deep Tissue/Acupoint massage.
Certainly value-for-money and it works for my tight muscles. I'm hoping to return much to the therapist's worry due to my big, tight knots!

I have been coming here for a Thai massage for years. This time didn’t disappoint - it was as relaxing and attentive as always. I had some knots in my back that I asked the masseuse to focus on and it was much improved by the end of the session.
