Great massage and lovely experience. Filled in a diagram of muscles that need attention and explained my pressure preferences. Stretching and clean hot towels at the end.

The ground-level bakery is still under construction but the basement spa has been beautifully done. Pam gave me a fantastic massage. I prefer a hard massage which some just aren’t capable of. Pam was excellent though and even noted that I hadn’t had a massage since Christmas so this one would probably hurt. The thoughtfulness impressed me but what really wow’d me was that she could tell that I sleep with my right arm under the pillow!

Perfect massage. Relaxing room with good temperature. Upstairs is under some construction so a bit unappealing when you first walk in but the massage was exceptional. Listened to my concerns and worked a bit extra on the areas which we discussed.
