Mixed reviews on massage: really good in my arm area, where I have an injury, but not good enough in the back/shoulder area to remove many knots.
Salon itself is in pretty bad shape, still being refurbished. But even then the toilets could still be better taken care of. Cheap feel to massage room as well with poor-quality towels.

It was a surprise present so I did not have any expectation. this is one of the best massages I have had in London (coming from a country where massage is common). I asked for deep tissue, hard massage and got what I have asked for. Felt refreshed after two hours of rest.

When we walked in the place looked like it was under construction. Went downstairs then a woman that was one of the therapists came out of a room and didn’t greet us, just walked into another room. After a while her and another one came out to tell us that room is ready. I did not enjoy the massage a single minute. Couldn’t relax or sleep because the therapist was hurting me and going too fast. Also they were making noise with the stones, sink etc during the session which is very unprofessional, not helping the client to relax.
