good welcome, staff was responsive and organized. i did a deep tissue massage, asking for firm pressure, treatment therapist was responsive and very kind and professional. I still felt that it was a lot of effort for the therapist as i was asking for firm massage as she was using her elbow much often which was not relaxing ....
I was looking for an experience where therapist has deeper muscle knowledge, which helps to be more efficient without much effort.
