Good experience but not entirely what I was looking for. Was not 100% clear what type of massage is available and what I’m actually going for. Staff was generally nice but could have been more clear and informative.

The location was a little confusing, it didn't feel like a spa, until you got downstairs. The massage I had was ultra firm, but my back and shoulder was bad. It was a wee bit tender in the morning, but by evening I felt better than I had in weeks! I will absolutely be returning.
