Excellent massage; good pressure, Fran was able to locate my problem area and adjust pressure as needed.
Unusual location beneath a cafe (but better than previously when it was located within a gym, so noise was an issue); as cafe was closed, treatment room was quiet and tranquil but unsure how it would be once indoor dining re-opens, remains to be seen.

We signed up for a 1 hour massage but only got barely 35-40 minutes of massage. They conveniently staved off our massage time. We reached 5 mins late for our booking and they don’t count the time from when you are on the massage table, rather the exact booking time.

The staff were lovely but the massage was really bad. It wasn’t relaxing at all. It was a bit all over the place. Also was meant to be back neck and shoulders but she spent more time on my hands and feet. Barley touch my neck.

This is the second time I have attended the salon at Drury Lane and I will continue to do so. At the coffee shop - which is great- I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff who was very courteous and helpful. The massage room was clean, warm and the massage was amazing - and lasted the full hour, which I do not normally get at most salons. It was an excellent Swedish Massage. The staff are extremely kind and considerate and everything is spotless.
