Very worst ..I booked an appointment a week before,I received an confirmation email two day before a lady called and she said that she can’t do my children’s hair cut and I explained her about the confirmation e-mail and everything but she keep saying that she can’t do it and she said that’s not her fault and it is Treatwell fault.I booked in west wickam branch and she passed the phone over to her manager and that lady is very rude she end up the call saying do whatever you want to do.
I never recommend Treatwell to my friends.No organisation and no proper communication between them.we are booking online to save our time and to plan week ahead,but because of their poor customer service and improper communication they ruined my week plans (planned for my daughter’s friend’s birthday party).online it shows children’s haircut but lady over the phone telling they would not do children’s haircut on Saturdays ..it is very weird and they have to change there whole system including online time slots. Don’t ever waste other people’s time.

I’m so please with my hair, it looks amazing, Louise suggested something different with the highlights I usually get and I’m very glad I took her advice. I love how my hair looks and the way she blow-dryed it was lovely. Louise herself was also lovely. It made the 4 hours much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
