Rosie did my beauty treatments in a friendly but professional manner. She was helpful in discussing what I needed. Most of all I appreciated that, although I am old, I was given the same attention as a younger more adventurous in treatments person would have.

The atmosphere and welcome was quite awkward, perhaps because it's under new management and things hadn't been going for long. The experience lacked warmth from the team.
However, the facial was great I felt like Jaydene took good care of me during this time.
