I've been having semi-regular sessions with Simon for 5/6 months now. From full body check ups (MOTs for the body), flush outs, to sessions specific to areas that are of concern/current pain points. Every session grants the required relief along with setting the body up to reduce the odds of things flaring up again, as long as I myself am mindful.
He is also very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the human body and how it moves. This supports both general session or target sessions.
