Hi I'm hoping to feel less pain in my body due to my Rheumatoid arthritis which I have had over a long period of time I've been through a lot stress painful feeling really down under the weather and a lot more, but I'm trying to be strong to achieve a better happy life because I have been through the wars terrible I'd don't know how I cope with it.
But I believe I'm a strong woman but sometimes weak also, I think I said everything now, hope this helps other people in my situation.

Ophelia his very experienced and qualified in her work and has helped me a lot when I'm feeling under the weather you can speak to Ophelia if you have any problems, always finds the time in need very professional understanding listening caring and well committed indeed.
I fee real relaxation mind and motivation because im going through mental health I'm not ashamed to say it, it's part of life and talking about it makes it easier to deal with, keeping it to yourself is the worse possible situation
