Hi I was feeling really relaxed indeed so comforting, relaxing, mindful thinking, it's just like the pain gave me some ease I just wish I was pain free all the time I would have a much better life of living. But life can be stressful unhappy life changes which I'd don't like, I believe no one does, but Ophelia helps me a lot which I'm grateful for her help in understanding me and a good many plp out there who she helps, so thank you very much and keep doing your amazing work.

Aww my review went really I feel like I'm back on track again but still a long road to go, I've experienced a lot dealing with my illness it is good to talk express my feeling to all, don't keep anything inside let it out, tears, have a good scream mind expression, and and mental health problems plp don't talk everyone should talk it does help a lot I'm so happy I've found the site Nature's Pure Love thank you very much Ophelia,🙏

From the beginning of the treatment, Ophelia was professional and caring in her approach to guiding me through a smooth transition from meditation to yoga and finally to a relaxing and unwinding sound bath. I felt calm yet aware during this time and I can feel these sessions helping me with healing from trauma which has triggered depressive and anxious behaviour in the past. Now with these tools Ophelia's Oasis has given me, I can go forward and heal in a natural and confident way! Thank you!
