I could have enjoyed my experience if the stylist didn’t keep repeating that I have too long hair, having unpleasant attitude brushing my hair and having rude comments about the length . He had the intention to make me pay extra for having too long hair... When I commented in reception, instead of apologising they backed him up. It was very uncomfortable. I told him I will leave a tip of 10£ (As compensation of “long hair” But he didn’t even say thank you. I will not go back.
