Everything was fine but it felt a little rushed at points. The lady washing my hair was rough and the water was either scalding or cold, not the relaxing experience it usually is. Everyone was perfectly nice though, just didn't leave feeling pampered like I would usually from a salon.

My experience was ok and Karen was friendly. Due to train delays, I was 5min late but they accommodated me.
I asked for a trim with the exact style: bob with longer sides. Unfortunately, she cut the sides way too much, and now they are a tiny bit longer, almost unnoticeable. I don't really like it- I can't wait to get the previous haircut when the hair grows back.
My stylist was changed 5h before the appointment, which it's unfair as I'm not able to cancel/reschedule 24h before the appointment.
