I visited Oolong for first time and I rated 5 stars because the experience and the service was great. I had highlights by Maria and she did them perfect as I wanted. The staff is nice and the ambience too. I will come back for sure.

Not the fanciest haircut ever, but I got exactly what I asked for, and Toni was great, despite having to answer the phone a few times during my haircut. Definitely a great value compared to other places in the neighborhood.
