The colour was excellent, exactly what I had asked for. I was left waiting for quite a while and was there for longer than I would normally expect for that treatment. Overall a good experience though!
Highlights turned out warmer and lighter than expected- but nothing a toner can't fix. Chelsea followed up with an email two days later to check if I am feeling okay about it and if there is anything they can do - Perfect customer service and for that I will return.
Great salon, good location in between tower hill and london bridge. Staff are friendly and attentive and all very talented
