What a fantastic salon - I was greeted by the most lovely, pleasant staff and felt immediately welcome and comfortable. I had a half head of highlights with a trim and blow dry, all for an excellent price, and the stylist Ana spent time helping me choose colours and styles etc. My hair looks gorgeous and Ana made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I was offered drinks and magazines throughout my couple of hours in the salon. I will definitely be making this my regular hairdresser now! Thank you Oolong!
Had an appointment to get my hair cut - overall lovely experience. The haircut was quick (..maybe a bit too quick?) but you pay great value for money.
I booked a haircut for the same day (Saturday) as I was going on a holiday soon, and I left home heading to the salon. Half way there I got a call saying the appointment was not available and there was no one available to see me at all until two days later on a weekday. I'd been to oolong hair twice before and both times they'd made me change the appointment time I booked on wahanda, but I found it unacceptable that they did not start updating their availability on the website even when they had no availability all day. On wahanda it appeared there were available slots at all times. Cannot be trusted.
