Have previously had my hair done here by Chelsea who was great. she done exactly as i asked which is why i returned. She was not here this time.Never usually would complain but am very un-happy with my visit. been trying to grow my hair for 3 years and lighten the colour gradually for the last year. ive now ended up back at square one with a much darker colour and 3 inches cut off my hair that looks like it was cut by my 2 yr old niece. uneven layers that i never asked for. all i had wanted was the dead ends cut off. Very Upset!

Really enjoyed my haircut appointment at Oolong Hair. Ana was very attentive and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She also understood how to handle my thick, wavy hair, which can't be said for every stylist! I definitely hope to come back.
Nice smart salon with very friendly and helpful staff. Good haircut and excellent value having booked with Wahanda. Would definitely recommend.
Great cut and colour from Ana. Would be great if there was a way to give tips by card - they said it was a VAT issue but nearly all other salons do it - I felt bad as I didn't have any cash and really wanted to give Ana a tip. Also, would have given five stars for staff but they were running about 20 minutes late but didn't offer any explanation or apology for this.
