Great first time visit. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Anna clearly explained the treatments available and colours that would work without feeling like she was trying to sell me products. Will definitely be going back!
I'm quite happy with my cut - overall a nice experience. I've had better blow-drys before though, even though this one wasn't bad or anything - I just know that one can do more with my hair (e.g. in terms of volume)
