The venue is great. The staff are disinterested. I was double booked so was shuffled around the chairs and even in the waiting area! Hair took 8 minutes and the stylist never asked me if I was satisfied - just jumped to the next customer. When I tried to complain, I was told that my hair was v fine so didn't need more then 10 min. I left feeling humiliated!
Another brilliant visit to this salon. Hair cut and blow dry was excellent. Very pleased with my hair. I would highly recommend this salon.
Brilliant! Everyone commented how great my hair looked! Staff were fun, had a good laugh. All in all, highly recommend.
Very quick and just what I wanted. I now go regularly to this salon but definitely book through wahanda to get the best prices.
Great first time visit. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Anna clearly explained the treatments available and colours that would work without feeling like she was trying to sell me products. Will definitely be going back!
