I came away happy with my hair cut and colour, it did the job but wouldn't shout about how wonderful the experience was.
Great location and interior design. The stylist started off quite well, however took a long time to cut my already short hair. After about an hour the stylist asked if I would be happy to wait while she cut another customers hair and then came back to me. Unfortunately I had an appointment to attend and had already been at the hairdressers for 1.5hrs. Unsurprisingly she then rushed to finish my haircut and the finish was not great. This was such a shame as I would have come back to the salon again and I felt like it had such potential. A more professional approach from the staff would be advisable, not a great experience.
It was a great visit, the place is in a nice area, very nicely decorated with very nice staff. My haircut was really good and I am 100% happy with it - definitely worth recommending!
My stylist, Ana, listened to what I wanted and cut with concentration. She took a lot of care over the blow dry. Satisfied with their service and would return.
The staff were very friendly and not overly chatty (which I much prefer to having to make small talk), the cut is absolutely fine if perhaps a little bit shorter than I'd wanted but that was my fault for waiting so long to get it trimmed as I had masses of split ends... It was excellent value and especially when booked through the Wahanda App, and I was in and out quite quickly, which was appreciated on a warm Saturday morning. I'll certainly be back!
