Another great experience at Oolong Hair salon. I had a new stylist this time and she was brilliant. I left feeling very pleased with my hair cut and the finished look. The salon is always very welcoming and friendly.
I didn't feel as if I was given as much attention as I should have. My hairdresser was juggling 2 other clients as well as another staff member. I felt as if my balayage was rushed and when I got the toner put on my hair it wasn't distributed evenly, this may have been because I trainee did it even though I paid for a senior member of staff.
Second time at this salon first time with a senior stylist and this time with a junior both excellent hair cuts! Thank you!!
great cut with not too much off length which I had asked for. hair was washed nicely with head massage. More layers introduced and not over styled.
Chelsea did my hair, she was very friendly and discussed my hair and what would work given my skin tone. Very happy with he cut and blow dry. Was offered lots of cup of tea and biscuits throughout.
Excellent value via wahanda.
Only thing to that could be improved is that I was in the salon for four hours which was longer than indicated on the wahanda website for the balayage and bouncy blow dry (2hr15) so i was late for meeting friends!
