Nice small salon with friendly warm people. My stylist, Chelsea, was very friendly and keenly listened to what I wanted and gave me her expert advice. I got a balayage hair colour which came out beautiful and I loved the colour. Thanks for the great experience

Easy booking process. Phil did a good job for it being a late appointment! Ambience was not as good as other salons I have been to but very good value for money.

It was my second visit to Oolong and it was yet another great one. Phil did an amazing job and have some really good advice on how to wear my hair. The studio is very clean and nice, good location as well. Worth recommending!
My expectations were high when I arrived at Oolong as it is a great venue and seemed to have real buzzing atmosphere. It was very busy when I arrived but staff offered me a drink straight away and everything seemed fine. However, I was actually quite shocked at how rude my hairdresser Phil was. I was aware that my hair was quite damaged (I had been very busy and left it a bit too long in between cuts) however the way Phil spoke to me was, in my opinion, unacceptable. I was too embarrassed at the time to say anything as Phil was being really quite rude about my hair and speaking very loudly so that the whole salon could hear. This was a real shame because I was actually really pleased with the colour and cut and the other staff seemed to be really friendly.
I would have returned to this salon as it was great value for money but unfortunately my experience was ruined by this unprofessionalism.
