I found the stylist awkward, there seemed to be a language barrier and despite spending a long time there (exacerbated as I was left over the sink at s very uncomfortable angle with wet hair whilst he did a man's cut), the blag age highlights are so subtle to the point they are not noticeable at all, essentially a waste of time. Cut was chunky and too short- I have healthy regularly trimmed hair and when I asked for a trim and specifically showed a cm or two with fingers didn't expect to lose nearly two inches.

Toni was friendly, interesting and listened when I said I was worried about having too much length cut off. He gave me a fantastic cut, got completely rid of my awful ends and somehow kept most of the length. His blow-dries are incredible too!
The receptionist was perfectly nice but not always completely sure what she was doing, hence the 4 star staff rating from me
Overall an excellent experience that left me feeling refreshed. Love my new cut and healthy hair!
