This was the first time I was getting a Balayage treatment so I wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't the impact I wanted so I know Balayage is not for me. However Tyler was great and he is a very skilled colourist. Theresa is so lovely and she kept me comfortable and well looked after. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because the colour was left on a bit longer than required and the front bits of colour around my parting is very blonde compared to my dark brown hair so it doesn't have the natural Balayage look.. The other parts of colour sit very well in my hair.

I had a very good experience with Oolong. Both the receptionist, Marla, and the stylist, Tyler were friendly and welcoming. Tyler had great suggestions about how I should do my hair. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
