I felt very rushed. I asked hairdresser to take at least a full inch off, and she just skimmed the bottom of my hair. I had to stand up for cut, and she didn't add layers I requested. I wouldn't go back.

Really nice salon near Iondon bridge. I was offered a drink which is a great touch from a service p.o.v. I spoke to the stylist about the type of colour I wanted and left the rest to him! I love it, it's a subtle change and really well done.

I had originally booked my eyebrow threading appointment (15mins) at 11.30am and my hair appointment (45mins) at 11.45am. The day before my booking, I received an email saying my hair appointment had been moved to 11.30am, and yet my threading appointment had been also kept at the same time. This was strange as I had booked both together, so someone should have realised the conflict when changing my booking. I called up to confirm, and moved my threading appointment to 12.15pm instead, after the hair. On arrival (I was a couple of minutes early) I was told by the threading therapist that actually she should do my threading first, so as not to spoil my hair after. I explained the call I had yesterday to confirm there would be enough time for my hair afterwards, and repeatedly voiced my concerns over the time for my hair, she told me not to worry, it was completely fine, there was plenty of time. I have had eyebrow threading done plenty of times with no pain, but this was very painful. I was left with a few cuts underneath each eyebrow and a lot of hairs were left when I checked properly at home, not terribly impressed and will not be visiting again for threading. I do not recommend this beauty therapist. The hair stylist seemed agitated and a little tense when he was finally let to do my hair at around 11.50am. He explained that he had another appointment at 12.15pm which was why he wanted to do my hair earlier so he would not be rushed. This was contrary to what the beauty therapist had told me, complete lack of communication with each other and with me. His next appointment actually arrived early at 12pm and also seemed disappointed that she would not be able to be seen on time. The hair stylist stayed very professional and tried to do my hair quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality, however we should not have been in a situation where my hair needed to be this rushed. My hair did look lovely in the end, and I would recommend Toni to others.
