I booked an appointment for Balayage, Haircut and Blowdry.
On arriving at the salon, the hairdresser (who I do not wish to name) gave me a few highlights at the front of my head opposed to the Balayage treatment I paid for. Once he had started I felt it was too late to tell him this was not what I wanted. I did not feel consulted at all prior to the treatment starting.
The colour in the end doesn't look bad so I cannot complain about this. However, the hairdresser in question gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life, leaving one side of my hair longer than the other. It wasn't until I arrived home and studied my hair in the mirror I properly noticed how poor the haircut was, and have had comments from others since that my hair is uneven.
My full treatment should have lasted 3hr 15 but I was out the door in just over 2 hours so I feel I have been ripped off.
I would not recommend this place.
