I am happy with my haircut, the stylist listened to what I wanted. The only downside - I wanted to re-schedule my appointment and I couldn't get hold of anyone. I have left messages, sent emails but got no answer. I would rate this as a slightly poor customer experience. However, everyone in the salon is lovely and the ambience is nice too.

I needed a last-minute appointment on a Friday night and found Oolong via Treatwell. The salon itself is clean with a really relaxed atmosphere - and i was offered wine and soft drinks. Phil, who was my hairdresser was friendly, knowledgeable and really listened to what i wanted. Had a really good cut and finish and will definitely go back!
