The haircut was actually very good, but when I arrived they claimed no knowledge of my appointment. They clearly had had a stressful afternoon with a difficult customer, but I felt rather like I was being told off when all I had done was turn up at the time I was supposed to - the manager was summoned who bustled in asking "Right, what's your problem!?", to which I replied that I didn't have a problem, just an appointment!

After booking, my appointment time was moved. Although I did get a message telling me this, I had booked a particular time for a reason. Really pleased with the end result though.
