It was my first visit to the salon. Tyler listened to my requirements and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Loved the end result! It was let down by the staff member who washed my hair at the start. Very heavy handed (to the point I had to tell her the towel was placed over my eyes I couldn't see several times) and lacked the experience for basic wash. I'll make sure I'm seen to by another person next time.

Tyler is amazing! 10/10. Very happy with my hair. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would definately come back.
