Virginia was my stylist and she was very professional. I had a completely different style going from long hair to a graduating bob and she suggested the style for me which I thought was nice as I was going to have a short normal cut. She really took her time and was a perfectionist. I'm very impressed. Thank you. The lady who washed my hair left my whole back soaking wet though as she didn't towel dry or squeeze all the water out after the wash and there was suds left still around my ears etc.
