Excellent service, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Colour was left on slightly too long, it is much lighter than usual, but the salon was very busy, I think this was just a one off as colour is usually perfect.

The salon was great and so was the hair cut- hair dresser was fantastic. However, after the haircut they charged an extra 55% on the offer price because the hair dresser 'used scissors'. At no point was I given any indication during my visit that the price would increase and I certainly didn't ask for it.
