The lady I had was really lovely but I have to say she was quite slow putting the foils in. It took 1 hour and 15 mins to put foils in short hair, other people I have had there take 35 mins max. I will still return as I love it there and the colour itself was great but bear in mind your appointment will run over by more then 30 mins then the stated time.
