Tyler is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He gives great advice, gives you exactly what you're after but better, and is fast and efficient without rushing you out of the chair. I'm so sad to hear he's leaving Oolong. Thanks Tyler for giving me my hair confidence back!

Really disappointing experience. I've had my hair cut here by Tyler before, and he did a great job. This time I had someone else and the service was pretty bad - there was hardly any communication at all, even around what was being done to my hair, and I had to keep asking, which was a bit uncomfortable. I wasn't offered a drink, or anything to read, and the blow dry was so bad that I had to go straight home to wash my hair and do it again myself. At the end the hairdresser rushed off, without saying anything, and I had to ask someone else to serve me so I could pay. It's a shame, because it's a nice looking salon, and the prices are reasonable, but after this experience I won't be coming back.
