I paid to have my hair done by a senior member of staff and received a very good haircut and generally had a positive experience. However, when it was time to blow-dry my hair, I was passed down to a junior staff member who took an extremely long time to complete the job. By the time she had finished blow drying about a third of my hair, the rest had dried completely naturally.

cut and blow dry was good if not great. engaging staff however I'm not sure I've ended up with what I wanted.. also both wash and blow dry were a little rough on my hair.. I was expecting a more delicate touch.. I'm. not sure brushing the hair when wet is the best thing to do..
